These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the VA Upgrade Malaysia digital training products (the "Products") sold through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

VA Upgrade Malaysia is an educational product for people who want to work as virtual assistants ("VAs"). Each tier includes downloadable PDF workbooks and lesson notes, plus access to private video lessons. Video lessons are unlocked with the order number shown on your receipt.

2. Payments and merchant of record

Payments are processed by our payment provider as merchant of record, which handles checkout, tax collection and invoicing. We do not see or store your full card details. Supported payment methods and currencies are shown at checkout. Prices may be shown in Malaysian Ringgit for reference; the final charge and applicable tax are confirmed on the checkout page before payment.

3. Delivery

After a successful payment you will receive an order confirmation by email containing your download access and your order number. Delivery is digital; we do not ship physical goods.

4. Licence and acceptable use

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Products for your own learning and professional work.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload or publicly post the PDFs, videos or any part of the course materials.
Accounts or order numbers used for piracy or file-sharing may be revoked without refund.

5. No income or employment guarantee

VA Upgrade is an educational product. We do not guarantee any income, freelance contracts, employment, or specific results. Figures shown on this website describe market ranges or past student experiences and are not promises of earnings. Your results depend on your own skills, effort, clients and market conditions.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase the Products.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, improve or replace parts of the course materials over time. If a specific third-party tool changes or removes its free tier, we may substitute equivalent instructions. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VA Upgrade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
