This Privacy Policy explains what information VA Upgrade collects when you buy our digital training products and how we use it.

• Order information: your name, email address, and the order number generated at checkout.
• Payment data: handled entirely by our payment provider as merchant of record. We never see or store your full card number or payment credentials.
• Support messages: anything you email us, including your order number and questions.
• Basic analytics: anonymous, aggregate data about page visits (for example, which pages are viewed). No advertising profiles are built from this data.

2. How we use it

• To deliver your purchase: send your receipt, order number, download access and video-unlock instructions.
• To provide support during your first week and answer questions about the course.
• To process refunds under our Refund Policy.
• To improve the course materials and the website.

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• We do not send marketing emails unrelated to your purchase.

4. Sharing

We share only what is necessary: with our payment provider (to take payment, calculate tax, invoice you and process refunds), and with our email provider (to deliver your receipt and course emails). These providers process data on our instructions.

5. Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to deliver the product, provide support and meet accounting and tax obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing xnyofficial@outlook.com with your order number. If you are located in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Security

Your checkout runs over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and payment card data is handled by our payment provider under industry-standard safeguards (PCI DSS). We do not store card details on this website.
